1、 General maintenance：

After the silver jewelry turns black, you can use a silver cloth to wipe it, or you can use a toothpaste without particles to clean it.
The metal jewelry will fade and blacken due to oxidation reaction after being worn for a long time, which are normal phenomena and can be taken to the gold store for renovation.
The metal jewelry that has not been worn for a long time shall be cleaned and packed in a sealed bag to prevent oxidation and blackening.

3、 Diamonds

It mainly refers to ordinary white diamonds, yellow diamonds, pink diamonds, etc.
Don't touch diamonds frequently. Diamonds are lipophilic. The oil on the skin will affect the luster and brightness of diamonds.
Do not wear and place diamond jewelry with other gems, because diamonds are very hard and will wear other gems.
Although diamonds are hard, they are also brittle, so don't bump them.
When cleaning, use a small bowl or tea cup to contain warm water, and adjust an appropriate amount of neutral detergent (PH=7, such as detergent) in the water. Immerse the diamond jewelry in water, gently brush it with a toothbrush, then rinse it with warm water, and finally dry it with a soft lint free cloth.
You can also take it to the gold store and use ultrasonic wave to clean it (except for group diamonds).

4、 Gems

It mainly refers to colored gemstones, such as ruby, sapphire, emerald, tourmaline, garnet, etc.

Keep away from heat sources (hot water, exposure to sunlight, etc.) and acid-base substances. Sweat, steam and lampblack will damage the stones (pearls, corals, etc.) with pores, so you should wear them in these places with turbid gas, such as the kitchen.
Avoid using chlorinated tap water to clean pearls. Use purified water instead. To wipe pearls, professional pearl jewelry wiping paper should be used, preferably sheepskin or bead cloth.
Avoid using ultrasonic wave to clean pearls, because ultrasonic wave will seriously damage pearl jewelry.

6、 Jade

It mainly refers to jadeite, Hotan jade, chalcedony, etc.
The best maintenance for jade is to wear it frequently. The grease naturally secreted by the human body can maintain jade and make it look brighter and brighter.
Avoid dust, oil smoke and greasy jade.
Jade jewelry can be cleaned with warm water or detergent, and it can be gently brushed with a soft brush, but it can not be soaked with detergent.
Jade should not be put into an ultrasonic machine for cleaning, nor should it be cleaned with strong soap solution or heat.
