Boucheron has just unveiled a new season of jewelry, "Serpent Bohème Solarité", which continues the iconic waterdrop diamond element of the "Serpent Bohème" collection. Inspired by "Sun Rays", the new work cleverly uses the radial lines of diamonds and water droplets to create a "radiant" brilliance effect.
The "Serpent Bohème" collection was born in 1968, inspired by a snake-shaped necklace gift from Frédéric Boucheron, the founder of the brand, in 1888 to express love and protection. This series represents the "snake head" with a teardrop-shaped element, continuing the beautiful symbolism.
Introducing necklaces and earrings, the new piece features a powerful radial structure made of gold wire connecting diamonds, gold beads and water droplets like a dazzling sun. One of the most magnificent yellow gold necklaces is set with 807 round diamonds weighing 25.5ct, which are worn around the neck like a shimmering halo.
The most striking thing about the earrings is a set of asymmetrical design pieces – simple teardrop-shaped stud earrings on one side and a gorgeous radial glow that extends above the pinna on the other side, adding a charming charm to the ear side.
