Set with 2 20.37ct and 21.26ct teardrop-cut diamonds, both D and IF clarity grades, type IIa diamonds accented with diamonds and rubies, detachable stud earrings.

Van Cleef & Arpels unveiled duo de Diamants earrings in their 2019 "Treasure of Rubies" fine jewelry collection, featuring ruby surrounds 2 eye-catching drop-shaped giant diamondsThe name "Duo de Diamants", which means "diamond duo" in French, symbolizes that the two center stones on the earrings have a perfect match for the gem features and cut shape.

Weighing 20.37ct and 21.26ct, respectively, the two teardrop-shaped diamonds were both type IIa diamonds by GIA and achieved D and IF clarity grades, with stunning size and gem quality. The center stone bezel is surrounded by custom-cut rubies, and the adjacent stones are closely bonded to create a coherent teardrop-shaped silhouette, and the contrast of colors accentuates the diamond's fire.

The stud earrings feature the same gemstone set – an inverted teardrop-shaped diamond in the center, a round diamond that extends to form a bud shape, and a custom-cut ruby trim on the outer ring, which contrasts strongly with the teardrop-shaped center stone below. The detachable structure is also hidden under the stud earrings for easy conversion in 2 wearing styles.
