Bulgari unveiled this "Pop Heart" pendant necklace in its new fine jewelry collection "Wild Pop" in 2018, a retrospective of the 1980s. The designer reinterprets the heart-shaped elements created by American artist Andy Warhol in his silkscreen prints, showing the visual symbols of pop art.
The Pop Heart pendant is designed with a striking heart-shaped silhouette and a 53.80 ct heart-shaped curved tanzanite embedded in the center, combining a rich dark blue color with a full three-dimensional feeling. The center stone bezel is a heart-shaped frame laid with round diamonds, which makes the natural hue of the center stone more prominent.
To make the work more romantic, the designer uses a pair of diamond wings to connect the pendant and the long chain – the wings stretch naturally, connecting to the base through an articulated structure, and a curved emerald in the center; The long chain is alternately connected by diamond chain links with Tanzanite flat beads and emerald flat beads, echoing the center stone.
It is worth mentioning that this heart-shaped pendant can also be easily removed and converted into a brooch to wear. The raised wings fall on either side of the tail, allowing the bright heart-shaped Tanzanite to be the focus of attention.
