Inspired by Louis Vuitton's new 'Conquêtes' collection of fine jewellery this year, this necklace blends the label's iconic 'V' symbol with a Monogram floral motif, with an imperial topaz on the pendant in the spotlight.
The Imperial Topaz is the most important of natural topazes in yellow with oranges in the "sherry color". The 37.07 ct imperial topaz set on the necklace is cut in a teardrop shape, with bright and full tones, and the designer has fixed the center stone with a simple three-prong setting, and the two prongs below are specially designed in the shape of a "V".
The connection between the pendant and the necklace is particularly complex – you can see three monogram flowers of increasing size cascading on top of each other, with two arcs running through the petals, naturally forming a "V" shape, connected to the black opal-encrusted chain. The petals are set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, while the "V" shape is embellished with long-cut diamonds for a richer visual layer.
The chain links of the necklace are set with a total of 16 curved-cut black opals, each with a bright orange color, which complements the imperial topaz center stone.
